We spent our time pulling native, but aggressive plants from the marsh area.  We had a big group on a beautiful day and managed to get a huge pile of the unwanted plants before they went to seed.  Then we headed to the dolomite prairie to learn about it's formation, the plant life and what an interesting ecosystem it is.  Afterward we spread buckets of wood chips on the walking path before having a picnic.
